If it happens in Britain - it will happen here.

In May, 2008, Jihadwatch posted an article on the UK cop who told a teen to "remove an England flag from his car...because it could be offensive to immigrants."

A lot of us blogged that if it happened there, it's only a matter of time before it happens here.  I call it the "former-colony-syndrome."  We may have declared our independence 1776, but we've made a habit of copying nearly everything England does.

Anyway, it's here, just like we all said.  It's not an isolated incident.  Remember the Bank of America incident where the branch manager pulled the flag because they considered it offensive.

It doesn't matter if BOA apologises.  It doesn't matter that the apartment complex changed their mind.  Our flag was considered offensive.  Action was taken, even to the point where the woman at the apartment complex said you couldn't have a flag on your car!

Both incidents are a reflection of the liberal mindset.  Look at what they voted into the White House.  Someone who refused to wear the flag on his lapel.  Someone who went to a church for 20 years where anti-american hate speech was the theme of the week.  Someone who reflects how they feel about our country.  It's sick.

So, to those of you who find our country an embarrassment.  Feel free to pack your bags and leave, because we don't need your kind here - nor do we want it.  Oh! And take your kenyan leader with you.

Happy trails!

I think you're blowing it out of proportion. The flag incident you refer to was only a problem because it was a shared office and the flag was HUGE. The other workers only wanted a smaller desk flag.

I don't know if you've ever shared an office with 3 other people. But, I'd have been upset too. The folks were having to walk around it.

Just sayin'... it was rude of her. And, she's probably the least popular person in the office now.

Anon (it would be nice if you were courageous enough to post your name, but anon will do): I have no idea what you're talking about. Re-read the blog post and you'll see there's nothing about a flag in an office. The flags mentioned were: teen in england with flag on car; BOA tiny flag outside as part of memorial for fallen soldier; and obama refusing to wear a flag lapel pen.

Thanks for commenting anyway. : )
